july 4th is all about america’s independence from england — but we do things different at anti social camp. this holiday weekend, set off fireworks to celebrate our major announcement that anti social camp is expanding to london this november as exclusively reported in variety.

Anti Social Camp, which has been described as a “SXSW for songwriters,” is expanding to London in a partnership with the creative hub Tileyard London, home to some 150 recording studios as well as independent music businesses like Empire Management. The event is scheduled to run from Nov. 3-7, 2025.
The camp is an event series putting performers, songwriters and producers together, for free, to write, record and present new material.
“We’re thrilled to announce our first-ever expansion,” said Anti Social Camp founder Danny Ross. “Now we begin our work across the pond.”
The London edition will take a similar approach to its New York Edition, combining closed-door studio work with public-facing performances, panels and showcases. Events will be hosted entirely on the Tileyard campus in King’s Cross.
“Tileyard is home to an amazing music community and is no stranger to running successful songwriting camps, so we immediately leapt at the opportunity to collaborate,” said Michael Harwood, Tileyard co-founder.
Anti Social Camp is the first songwriting camp to double as a front-facing festival, with 200 recording sessions across 40 studios complimented by 10 public events at premiere New York City venues.
The camp concluded its fifth edition earlier this month, which featured Ava Max, Cigarettes After Sex, Cash Cobain, Beach Bunny, Bryce Vine and over 200 more artists participating in collaborative recording sessions across 40 studios. Organizers say they received over 10,000 applications for this year’s event.
Each year the festival also hosts Anti Social Women Running Music, a conversation between women from all facets of the industry to discuss their experience in music, as well as the inequities faced by female-identifying creators. This year, the panel included star artists Evan Giia and Raja Kumari, producer Ebonie Smith, and industry leaders Qualhata Williams (UMG), Faryal Khan-Thompson (Empire) and Merrily James (BerkleeNYC).
Previous attendees include Nile Rodgers, JP Saxe, Rostam of Vampire Weekend, Rob Thomas, Madison McFerrin and Linda Perry.
